Sunday Morning Avalokiteshvara Explaination with Geshe Sonam This Sunday 10 am – 11:30 am – 12 pm EDT Following the online Avalokiteshvara empowerment given by His Holiness the Dalai Lama this week, on Sunday Geshe Sonam will explain the practice: how to visualize, recite mantra, and meditate on this deity using a simple approach that is suitable for everyone. Geshe-la will continue with his teachings about Lama Tsongkhapa’s Songs of Experience in the weeks to come.
