This course aims to present the practice of mindfulness in a way that honours its Buddhist roots but is also accessible and practical. Geshe la will teach about the theory and methodology of this system of meditation to help participants grasp its essential aspects: Mindfulness of the body, mindfulness of feelings, mindfulness of the mind, and mindfulness of dharma.
Geshe la will lead some short guided meditations as part of this course so that participants can immediately get a taste for this style of meditation, and we will end as always with an opportunity to ask questions.
