Join us for an in-person mini-retreat to celebrate the completion of our 16 Guidelines meditation series. Whether you’ve attended one session, all of them, or are completely new, this gathering is open to everyone. Enjoy meaningful conversations, guided meditations, and the warmth of community as we come together for a shared potluck lunch. Let’s connect, reflect, and celebrate in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Facilitators

Sharon Babineau, C.D. Corporate Wellness Facilitator
Sharon co-founded Mindful Solutions for Change, providing mindfulness workshops, keynotes, and retreats for corporations and individuals.   She is a facilitator with the Centre for Compassion and Wisdom where she is a certified facilitator in Transformative Mindfulness and 16 Guidelines for Life Program. Sharon has presented the 16 Guidelines for Life to corporations across Canada, at conferences, and for youth in schools.  She has facilitated the Applied Mindfulness Meditation (AMM) Certificate Program at the University of Toronto.  Sharon is a decorated military soldier (retired), a published author, and the founder of Maddie’s Everlasting Wish, a not-for-profit dedicated to her daughter’s life and legacy.
