
Lama Yeshe Ling is delighted to host a transformative 3-session Tibetan yoga series with Geshe Tenzin Nyima, who will introduce the powerful practices of Naro Tsa Lung. This unique program is open to all levels of experience and offers a rare opportunity to engage with ancient Vajrayāna yogic teachings in a practical and accessible way.
Through a combination of prāṇāyāma (breath training), āsana (physical movement), and meditative focus, participants will learn to balance the subtle energies (lung) that move through the body’s internal channels (tsa), based on teachings of the great Mahāsiddha Nāropā.
When: Three Sundays, January 11, January 18 and January 25, 8:30 – 9:30 AM EST.

Tuition & Registration
The cost for the 3-week course is $45 CAD. This fee goes primarily to our Naro Tsa Lung instructor Geshe Tenzin Nyima as his means of support, as well as lesser portion towards Lama Yeshe Ling operating expenses.

Program Access & Recordings
- This program is offered as a complete series only.
- Participants may join at any point while the program is running.
- Recordings will be available for all sessions after the final class for self-paced review and personal practice – from Sunday, February 1 – 22.
