Lama Yeshe Ling is very pleased to share that Geshe Tenzin Nyima will be offering another introductory class on Tibetan yoga and prāṇāyāma classes for our community. This lineage of breathing exercises (prāṇāyāma/ rlung sbyong) and postures (āsana/ lus sbyong) stems from the yogic Buddhist tradition of mahāsiddhas such as Nāropā and, as such, has a long history within the Vajrayāna Buddhist tradition.
The class is open to anyone and will help improve physical health, mental clarity and promote a state of wellbeing.
We will announce the dates for a full yoga course with Geshe Tenzin shortly.
