Lama Yeshe Ling is happy to share that Geshe Tenzin Nyima will be offering a series of two introductory classes on Tibetan yoga and prāṇāyāma classes for our community. This course is open to everyone, both beginners, as well as those who participated in Geshe la’s previous sessions. The first of these classes will be held on Saturday, July 6th at 8:30 am. This lineage of breathing exercises (prāṇāyāma/ rlung sbyong) and postures (āsana/ lus sbyong) stems from the yogic Buddhist tradition of mahāsiddhas such as Nāropā and as such has a long history within the Vajrayāna Buddhist tradition. The second class will be held in August.

The class is open to anyone and will help improve physical health, mental clarity and promote a state of well-being. If there is interest, Geshe Tenzin may lead a course in the Fall.

Opportunity to Sponsor these Teachings
Sponsoring the teachings helps to make the teachings available to everyone. In this way, we are able to practice the generosity of giving of the Dharma and thereby create vast amounts of merit.

Remember to make an aspiration/dedication to accomplish your goals for yourself and others before making the offering. With clear intention, we can create causes to accomplish the welfare of both ourselves and all sentient beings, or of any heartfelt cause.
