Finding Joy and Happiness
Learn how to cultivate the inner resources to live life more happily and joyfully through identifying positive qualities within ourselves and learning how to nourish and increase them. Geshe Sonam, a Tibetan Lama and Teacher, will present methods inspired by the ancient Buddhist tradition that can be practiced by anyone for a calmer mind and more joyful life.
Geshe Sonam la is our resident teacher at Lama Yeshe Ling – we are very fortunate to have him here with us in Burlington.
