When: Tuesday December 29, 2020 – Thursday December 31, 2020
Lama Tsongkhapa Guru Yoga Practice (Ganden Lhagyama) and the Migtsema prayer are two accessible and beautiful practices of the Gelug tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. This is our opportunity to deepen our experience with this practice, as well as with the Stages of the Path to Awakening, ie. Lam Rim Meditations. You can learn more about Lama Tsongkhapa here. You may follow along on Zoom or download the practice before hand. In some sessions we will start with The Praise to Manjushri.
Popular FPMT touring teacher Geshe Sherab will lead the first session of the day and give some explanation in English to help us deepen our experience of this beautiful prayer. Subsequent sessions will be led by Geshe Sonam Ngodrup, Venerable Khedrup la, Arunas Antanaitis and David Gould.
Register here to join with Zoom (this is a very simple and quick registration process by email)
Sessions will be available in our Facebook video library for those in different time zones.
