Following the initiation of Avalokitesvara online by HH Dalai Lama on Thursday and Friday night(Canada/US Eastern timezone: May 28 and 29 11:30 pm – 1 am), Geshe Sonam will give an explanation of the practice including visualization and mantra recitation on Sunday May 31st at our usual time of 10 am. Geshe la will emphasize a simple approach to meditation on this important deity, in a way that is appropriate to everyone. Q and A will be included.
