Join our openhearted community for a month of mindful moments with Sharon and Arunas. They will lead one hour guided practices to cultivate focused attention, compassion, resilience and presence. These mindful meditations are suitable for all levels of experience. You are welcomed to join in one or all four sessions.
This four week series is offered by donation.
Arunas is an accredited facilitator with the Foundation for Developing Wisdom and Compassion. He is also an associate facilitator with Mindfulness Everyday and a Senior Instructor at University Toronto’s Applied Mindfulness Meditation Program.
Sharon is a retired military soldier, author, and mindfulness specialist. She is the co-founder of Mindful Solutions for Change and a past instructor at the University of
Toronto – Continuing Education in the Applied Mindfulness Meditation Certification Program. Sharon presents workshops and keynotes on wellness, health and safety and work-life balance at conferences and organizations across Canada.
