Teachings, Meditation, and Question and Answer.
Geshe Sonam will start teaching a new topic on Sundays: Nagarjuna’s Letter to a Friend. This practical teaching was given by the great Indian master Nagarjuna to King Gautamiputra/Satavahana. The text aims to give instructions to those who seek to cultivate the spiritual path while working and taking care of their families. It gives advice that everyone can immediately apply in their daily lives.
As usual, the classes include guided meditations, points for reflection and an interactive question and answer session.
