Join us every weekday for our online prayer group meeting, just 20 minutes, at 12:20 pm EDT. on Zoom. We will check-in with each other, cultivate the most beneficial intentions and energies with visualization and mantra.

We will alternate with other powerful protecting and healing mantras recommended by Lama Zopa Rinpoche.

Gradually we will invite our Sangha and teachers to take turns leading these sessions, so it may be a slightly different experience each day.

Please note that on Wednesday 26th of this week, in honour of Saga Dawa, the Buddha’s birth, enlightenment, and passing into parinirvana, we invite you to join a special prayer reading on this auspicious day. We will recite The Vajra Cutter Sutra (also known as Diamond Cutter Sutra or Diamond Sutra) during our regular lunchtime prayer meeting. It is one of the most well-known sutras of Mahayana Buddhism. The Vajra Cutter Sutra is a discourse on the Buddhist concept of emptiness, the “wisdom gone beyond.”

The Diamond Cutter Sutra is available for download here.

Please note that the session will start at 12:00 pm on this day to account for the longer recitation which should be complete before 1:00 pm.
