Discovering Buddhism - Establishing a Daily Practice

There are two evenings left for the Establishing a Daily Practice Module and then we will commence in January for a new series. (Please stay tuned for the new topic)

Location: Mindful Solutions for Change Studio, 501 Templemead Drive, Hamilton

Assemble the tools you need to develop a successful daily practice and find out the elements necessary to generate realizations. Get some tips for making every action meaningful.

The Wednesday evening Buddhist philosophy, discussion and meditation practice group will return to the Women's Native Centre in September. We will study a module from the Discovering Buddhism program "Establishing a Daily Practice". Each Discovering Buddhism module consists of teachings, discussions, meditations practices and readings.

Please note that you do not need any previous experience in Buddhism to participate and benefit. His Holiness the Dalai Lama says " Don't try to use what you learn from Buddhism to be a Buddhist, use it to be whatever-you-already are"

We welcome new participants on an ongoing basis. There is no fee  to participate, however we welcome donations  to cover the operating expenses.
