This series is suitable for people of any age and physical condition who are looking for a simple and efficient way to increase mental clarity, energy, physical flexibility and strength. This flow yoga is easily adaptable and can complement and daily exercise routine.
This version of these yogas is the only Five Tibetan Yogas taught in Canada that is based on the transmission directly from the Tibetan master, Za Choeje Rinpoche, to former Tibetan Buddhist nun, Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw. They differ from a similar yoga practice taught in books on the subject as they include the correct order of postures according to our energy centres and provide added levels of understanding and depth of meditation.

What to Bring: Please bring your own mat, as we have only a few, and a bottle of water.

Lori Goldblatt has been facilitating the Five Tibetan Yogas since 2005, with a variety of age groups from young children, to high school age students, to adults of all ages and abilities. She finds this practice for herself and others to be a profound and simple tool for connecting with self in a way that deepens awareness and growth on all levels.
Shelley Urlando has been a qualified 5 Tibetan Yoga Facilitator since 2005. Within the first month of learning and practicing the 5 Tibetan Yogas, she experienced the power of their unique nature to transform the mind and purify the body. She finds them an invaluable complement to her daily meditation practice.
