A two part series starting today, Saturday June 7th...sessions are from 10:00-12:30 and 1:30-4:00 with a shared potluck lunch. The second day of this series is Sat June 14th.

Based on the traditional Tibetan Mind Training (Lojong) teachings, these sessions will benefit Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike. In life, the most difficult problems present us with the opportunity for personal growth. Geshe Soepa will lead us as we learn to face challenges and tragedies with courage and transform them into profound insights.

Through talks, discussion and meditation, we will learn to:

Starting June 9th, we're offering a month of 5 Tibetan Yogas classes.

Please choose the frequency that best fits your schedule:

* 5 days/wk option from 7 - 8 am with Sheilagh Mercer - $50/week or $180/month

* 3 days/wk option from 8 - 9 am with Roxanne Campbell - $30/week or $100/month

Both classes are 1/2 hr of yoga and 1/2 hr of meditation or healing visualization. After class, enjoy a bagel with tea/coffee to start your day.

Lama Choepa - Guru Puja - This is a most beautiful, traditional chanting ritual, accompanied by bells, small drums and food offerings. Please bring a food offering that can be easily distributed to everyone. You are welcome to join in the chanting or just let it touch you deeply.
