Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw is a former Tibetan Buddhist nun, developer and international trainer of Transformative Mindfulness self-healing methods, offering telecourses and facilitation training internationally. She is co-author of 16 Guidelines for Life, now in six languages. Shelley Urlando is a seasoned meditation facilitator who has a passion for personal inner transformation.
