DEEPENING MEDITATION: USING 16 GUIDELINES TO BRING COMPASSION INTO EVERYDAY LIVING with Shelley Urlando

Let yourself be gently guided through a 4-week series of purposeful meditations based on the framework of How We Think, How We Act, How We Relate to Others, and How We Find Meaning beautifully presented in the book 16 Guidelines for Life, co-authored by Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw.  This is an excellent opportunity for beginners, as well as offering a deepening of approaches for those familiar with the exercises.

Cost:  $60 for 4-week series

Shelley Urlando  is a seasoned meditation facilitator who has a passion for personal inner transformation.  She is wholeheartedly dedicated to facilitating that change in others as well, especially as it relates to family life.  Since she successfully completed a 16 Guidelines Intensive Training in 2008, she has introduced these practical and straightforward tools for developing happiness and meaning in everyday life to participants of all ages.  Her meditation series and workshops offer the experiential framewook of the guidelines and essential skills needed to apply them in everyday situations.
