Introduction to 5 Tibetan Yogas with Arunas Antanaitis

Increase your mental clarity, energy, physical flexibility and strength.

This yoga introduction is for those of any age and ability who are looking for a simple and efficient way to increase mental clarity, energy, physical flexibility and strength. This flow yoga is easily adaptable and can be added as part of a ten minute daily routine. This session provides an excellent opportunity for beginners, as well as allowing those familiar with these yogas a chance to deepen their experience.

This version of these yogas is the only Five Tibetan Yogas taught in Canada based on the transmission directly from the Tibetan master, Za Choeje Rinpoche, to former Tibetan Buddhist nun, Dekyi-Lee Oldershaw. They differ from a similar yoga practice found in books on the subject. You will learn the correct order of postures based on our energy centres and receive tips and tools to increase your levels of understanding and depth of meditation.
