Introduction to Buddhism with Geshe Soepa

The third of a three part series for curious beginners and committed Buddhists
Geshe Soepa will continue explaining the underlying principles that have made Buddhism so popular in the West. Each day also includes open discussions and meditations.
Explore ways of thinking that you can use to:
- improve your self-esteem and relationships
- develop more acceptance and peace with your life situations
- use more skilful ways to handle challenges
Sessions are from 10 to 12:30 and 1:30 to 4pm with a shared potluck lunch.
Fee: $90* for all three Saturdays or $40* for individual Saturdays
*Lama Yeshe Ling Tibetan Buddhist Centre is operated solely by volunteers. Funds raised are the result of offerings and program fees. We are committed to providing access to programs regardless of circumstance.
